• Any assessment purchased is for the sole use of the test-taker who you specify at the time of purchase.  Login details, passwords and any access code(s) should not be shared or distributed to others.

• All questions and assessments are protected by copyright and should not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any format without prior permission. 

• We recommend that our online assessments are used as part of a wider programme of study and revision which should also include using sample and/or past GCSE exam papers.

• Can I purchase assessments on one device and use them on a different device?
  Yes.  You can access the assessments through the 'BUY NOW' link you used for the original purchase. As long as you enter the same email address and password you entered at the time of purchase, you will get access to your assessment(s) on any device.
  
  

• Can I start an assessment on one device and then swap to another?
  Yes. You need to exit the assessment using the 'Save and finish later' button. Then login on the second device using the 'BUY NOW' link you used for the original purchase.  As long as you enter the same email address and password you entered at the time of purchase, you will be able to resume the assessment on the second device.
  
  

• Who do I contact if I have a technical question or problem?
  If you have a technical question or problem with an assessment, please use the contact form and we will do our best to respond in a reasonable timescale.
  Please note that we are not geared-up to respond to queries immediately or offer support 24/7.
  
  

• Can I get a maths tutor to contact me?
  We're not geared-up to answer one-off maths questions, but if you're interested in regular tutoring, please go to the 'Register interest' page and complete the form .
  
  

• What happens if I lose my password?
  You can use the link to reset your password.  You will receive an automated email with a reset link.
  
  

• Can the results be emailed to a different email address?
  The results and feedback will be emailed to the email address you enter when you purchase the assessment.  If necessary, you may forward your results on to others by email.
  
  

• What happens if I spot a mistake in one of the assessments or questions?
  Please let us know through the contact form or by email and we will correct it as quickly as we can. Please tell us the exact wording of the question and the exact mistake you have noticed.
  
  

• Can I let a friend also take an assessment I purchase?
  When you purchase an assessment, it's for the sole use of a single test-taker whose details are entered at the time of purchase.

• Can I show my assessment results to my teacher or parent?
  Yes. After you finish an assessment, your results and feedback are displayed on-screen and also emailed to you. You can print the results or forward them by email to your teacher or parent.
  
  

• If I take several assessments, are the questions repeated?
  In the mixed-topic and single-topic assessments, none of the questions are repeated.
  
  In the 'Unlimited' products (under development), every time you start a new assessment, the questions are randomly selected from an extensive question-bank.  So there is a small chance that a question may appear in more than one assessment.
  
  

• What is the pass mark?
  There are no specific pass marks set for our assessments.  
  
  

• Are my personal details and assessment scores secure and confidential?
  Yes.  Your personal details and assessment scores are stored on our secure system. They are available to our moderators if required, but are kept confidential and will not be shared with any other person or organisation.
  
  

• Should I also complete mock GCSE papers?
  Yes. We recommend that the online assessments should be used as part of a wider programme of study and revision. We absolutely encourage all our users to also complete sample and/or past GCSE exam papers.
